Thoughts on a School Project.
I have this project for “Music and Society” that’s due in two weeks.
I have to pick an artist and give a semi-detailed biography and sampling of them, along with who influenced them/who they influence and why I like them.
I originally was going to do Elvis Costello, but settled on The Smiths.

So I'm reading The Bell Jar.
I saw it at the library at school at thought “Why not?”. For shits and gigs, right?
This book is amazing and makes me feel happy and sad and depressed and empathetic and happy all over again.
I’m weird.
The funny thing about staging at a restaurant..
is that you aren’t doing anything super exciting. I spent a lot of yesterday stuffing peppers and portioning pork belly. Not exactly glamourous work, but it’s gotta happen to go forward, I guess.
For the record though, I’m pretty beast at stuffing peppers now.. for what that’s worth.

I find way too much enjoyment in watching all of those holiday movies like ‘Valentine’s Day’, ‘New Year’s Eve’, and the like. They’re so bad… but they’re sooo good. What is wrong with me?
